Under the Monsec brand, Property One is marketing a 62,000 sqm site inside the Brünig massif. Here, large and individual caverns can be created in a high-security area. They would be suitable for the storage of valuables, such as vehicles, works of art or data carriers, but also for the storage of intermediate products from precious metal refineries. For investors, large caverns, which offer several thousand square meters of space, are interesting as investment properties, the marketer said.

As Property One writes in a statement, the demand for high-security storage has "increased enormously" recently. In the rocky massif of the Brünig, valuables are protected against all kinds of threats and risks, unlike in free-standing warehouses. The geographic location is ideal for such use and is also very accessible with large transport vehicles.

According to its own information, Property One Investors is the exclusive marketing partner for the search and procurement of interested parties. It accompanies the promoter Brünig Mega Safe AG in the sale of the caverns and the entire site. (ah)
