Sustainability: Pom+ becomes partner of Madaster

Pom+ Consulting AG advises construction and real estate companies on organisational and process optimisation as well as digitalisation. With its expertise, the Madaster network can better exploit the potential of real estate as a key contribution on the path to climate neutrality, say Pom+ and Madaster Switzerland.

Madaster offers digital tools such as material passports and indices on the economic and circular value of buildings, but also a network for companies that want to jointly develop and implement strategies and implementations for circular construction activity. Building owners can use the Madaster platform to collect up-to-date data on the entire life cycle of a building and make it available to their service providers. In this way, the realization of climate-neutral construction projects is to be made possible.
