The platform for brokering mortgages in French-speaking Switzerland works with independent advisors and promises transparency.

Neo-Hypotheken is expanding into German-speaking Switzerland. The first brokerage platform for mortgage financing in French-speaking Switzerland has built up a network of 45 independent mortgage advisors in French-speaking Switzerland and is now offering its services to customers throughout German-speaking Switzerland. A version for Ticino is also available, according to the initiators of the platform.
The founder of Neo-Hypotheken is Stéphane Lüthi. The company emphasizes its independence from financial institutions of any kind and aims to score points through transparency and access to multiple providers. The platform relies on independent mortgage brokers. Such partners are still being sought in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino.
