Vertina Investment Foundation launches eighth capital increase
The issue, which is scheduled to take place from the beginning of May to the beginning of July, has a target volume of up to CHF 80 million.
Vertina Investment Foundation is conducting its eighth capital raising in the second quarter of 2026. The subscription period for the «Vertina Wohnen» investment group runs from May 4 to July 6, 2026, with a target volume of between CHF 60 million and CHF 80 million. The foundation reserves the right to increase the volume if there is sufficient demand.
The Baden-based investment foundation, which was launched in May 2022, says it has fully invested the funds from its seventh issue. Following the closing of four transactions in the first quarter of 2026, the portfolio comprises 13 properties: four as-new existing properties, one almost completed new build and eight project developments. After completion of the ongoing developments, Vertina expects a market value of around CHF 350 million. The residential share was 99 % as at March 31.
The fresh capital will be used to acquire additional properties and to finance current and planned developments. The investment group focuses on direct investments in new residential properties in Switzerland which, according to the foundation, should meet the highest sustainability standards.
