Smino has taken a further step towards its goal of market leadership in the field of Open BIM project management with the help of a financing round of more than CHF 3 million, the company announced. BitStone Capital is responsible as lead investor. Other investors include EquityPitcher Ventures, Swiss Startup Capital, Session VC, Swiss Immo Lab, AXEPT Business Software AG and Conreal.

"The brisk construction activity, combined with the generally growing need for digital solutions for the planning and implementation of construction projects, leads to a very attractive market environment for us," says Silvio Beer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner. He and his co-founder Sandor Balogh see great development potential in the successful financing round: "The financing round allows us to build on our market leadership in Switzerland and expand internationally," says Co-Founder and Managing Partner Balogh. A branch office in Germany is planned. In addition, the fresh capital will be used to further develop Smino technically and functionally. (a.o.)
