Implenia completes Reka vacation village in Lugano
A nearly 60-year-old vacation village with 49 apartments in Lugano was rebuilt and reopened.
After a complete rebuilding, the Reka vacation village in Lugano-Albonago has been reopened. It took two years to renovate the facility, which first went into operation in 1964.
Implenia was awarded the contract for this as the total contractor at the end of January 2020. The result was 49 apartments, two hotel rooms, an osteria/pizzeria, a panoramic pool, a wellness area, a bike station, barbecue areas and playgrounds. Hotelleriesuisse classifies the vacation village with four stars. The realization was carried out according to the SIA energy efficiency path. (aw)
