DHG Holding AG wants to realise the new Joy building on a newly acquired 3,000 sqm site in Sulzer Allee in Winterthur. By 2023, a building complex with 80 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor and first floor is to be built. According to the construction and real estate group, the development will be an urban highlight and offer high-quality living space as well as commercial space at attractive prices. DHG Generalunternehmung AG will realise the project.

DHG founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Blagoje Antic acquired the property together with his business partner Hans Peter Buchschacher via the joint investment company Axis Liegenschaft AG.

In addition to the Joy development, the DHG Group is pursuing another project in Winterthur: a replacement building of ten apartments is currently under construction in Rychenbergstrasse. In total, the expansive construction and real estate company is realising several hundred rental apartments in the Zurich area within two years. (ah)
