Steiner AG: Michael Schiltknecht now sole CEO
Michael Schiltknecht will lead Steiner AG alone in the future. The previous Co-CEO Ajay Sirohi is leaving the company, but remains Chairman of the Steiner Investment Foundation.

"The necessary consolidation of the CEO role will take place with immediate effect," the company informs. "Michael Schiltknecht will continue to pursue the specified strategy and ensure the sustainable and profitable development of the company," Steiner AG writes in a media release. Sirohi is leaving the company "with the thanks of the Board of Directors for his many years of service."
According to an announcement by the Steiner Investment Foundation (SIF), Sirohi will remain Chairman of the Foundation Board. The independence of SIF will be strengthened, it says. However, a cooperation of SIF with Steiner AG in the realization is also planned for the future.
Steiner AG is one of the largest real estate developers in Switzerland with a development portfolio of more than CHF 6 billion. SIF is an independent Swiss investment foundation. (aw)
