Wincasa: New Head of Construction Management

Boris Schlaeppi will take over as Head of the Construction Management division at Wincasa on August 1 and become a member of the Executive Board. He succeeds Franco Pelizza, who has managed the division ad interim and will remain with the company as Regional Head of Construction East/Central.

In his previous role at CSL Immobilien, Boris Schlaeppi was Head of Division and a member of the Executive Board and was responsible for the client services division. Prior to this, he held various positions in the real estate industry, including as a client representative and in project development and supplier management at Swiss Life Asset Management. He began his career as an architect and then moved to the Building Owner Services division. Wincasa thanks Pelizza «for his dedicated commitment».
