Procimmo: New date for «Residential» issue»
The capital increase of Procimmo's Sicav sub-fund will begin at the end of the month and, as originally announced, will amount to CHF 30 million.
Following the publication of the half-year results of the «Residential» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV, the fund management company is launching a capital increase with a target volume of around CHF 30 million. The subscription period runs from March 30 to April 14. This capital increase will be used to finance acquisitions and part of the ongoing development projects.
The issue was originally announced for the fourth quarter of 2025 and then postponed (IB reported). (aw)
