Procimmo postpones capital increase for «Residential»
The capital increase announced for the fourth quarter will now not take place until the first half of 2026.
Procimmo announces a postponement of the planned issue for the «Residential» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV to the first half of 2026. «This postponement will enable the fund management company to deploy the capital at the optimal time and finalize the identified investment opportunities in the first half of 2026,» the fund management company writes in a press release.
The capital increase announced for the 4th quarter had Procimmo announced in July, along with similar plans for the SICAV's other sub-funds. The issue volume was stated as CHF 30 million. The planned capital increase of the «Residential PK» subfund will apparently take place as planned and will start on November 3, according to a press release. (aw)
