Swissinvest raises 170 million in issue
The targeted subscription volume for the capital increase was achieved.
Pensimo Fondsleitung AG has carried out a capital increase for the listed real estate fund Swissinvest Real Estate Fund. Swissinvest received new money in the amount of CHF 170.2 million, which corresponds to a subscription ratio of 100%. The subscription period lasted from March 9 to 20, 2026.
«The proceeds will be used to repay debt financing in the short term, thereby enabling the further expansion of the real estate portfolio,» writes the fund management company.
