SF Urban Properties AG plans capital increase

SF Urban Properties AG is planning a capital increase in the order of CHF 20 million. This is to be proposed to the Annual General Meeting on April 15. The funds are earmarked for the purchase of a commercially used property with value creation potential. «In the course of focusing on investments in urban locations in Zurich and Basel, SF Urban Properties AG has recently been presented with acquisition opportunities in Zurich in line with its strategy,» the company writes in a press release.
