Procimmo: Capital increase planned for «Industrial»
The sub-fund of Procimmo Sicav aims to raise up to CHF 90 million.
Procimmo has announced a capital increase for the «Industrial» sub-fund of its Real Estate Sicav in the course of the second quarter. The issue is expected to raise between CHF 60 and 90 million.
With gross assets of 2.2 billion, the sub-fund is the largest real estate fund in Switzerland listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange with a focus on industry, commerce and logistics.
