Seraina Invest: «Swiss Development Residential» launches issue
Up to 160 million francs are to be raised for investments in the project pipeline by the end of April.
The Seraina Investment Foundation announces the 27th issue of Swiss Development Residential. The subscription period began on March 4 and runs until April 24. The investment group aims to raise CHF 120 to 160 million.
The volume of the project portfolio is stated at CHF 1.7 billion and the return in 2025 at 6.62%.
