Solutions & Funds with co-management
The previous sole CEO Andreea Stefanescu has shared her position with Violaine Augustin-Moreau since March 1.
Solutions & Funds has reorganized its management structure. As of March 1, Andreea Stefanescu, previously CEO, and Violaine Augustin-Moreau, previously COO, will assume joint overall responsibility for the company.
The management team will continue to be completed by Philip Hinsen, Head Legal, Risk & Compliance, who moved from Finma to Solutions & Funds in spring 2023 and has been part of the three-person management team since April 2025. The company currently manages more than 20 funds across all asset classes and legal forms and manages assets worth CHF 7.4 billion as a fund management company in both German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.
«With the new co-lead structure, Solutions & Funds is taking this development into account,» writes the Morges-based company in a press release. «The co-lead model enables us to consciously share responsibility and make decisions together,» says Stefanescu. The new structure also supports the «regional positioning and strengthens the proximity to our customers», adds Augustin-Moreau.
