Dominicé Swiss Property Fund buys nine properties
The acquired properties have a market value of CHF 87 million and are located in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud.

The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund has acquired nine properties. The first purchases of its 2025/26 financial year have increased the market value of the portfolio by CHF 87 million to around CHF 924 million. According to the fund management company, the properties are almost fully let. Dominicé puts the gross yield at 4 % and the average rental reserve at around 30 %.
- Geneva, Rue Liotard 31: Built at the beginning of the 20th century, the building was recently modernized to make it energy-efficient and comprises a commercial premises and twelve apartments. The rental reserve potential is stated as 42 %.
- Geneva, Rue Émile-Nicolet: This residential building houses 26 apartments. A current building permit provides for the construction of two additional apartments and the installation of an elevator. The rental reserve potential amounts to 56 %, writes Dominicé.
- Lausanne, Rue du Petit-Chêne 10: Completely renovated in 2019, this building comprises seven apartments and the historic restaurant «La Bavaria».
- Lausanne, Rue Saint-Roch 25, 27: This mixed-use building contains a commercial premises on the first floor and several apartments spread over five floors with a total rental area of 1,271 sqm.
- Lausanne, Rue des Jardins 24, 26: This residential building consists of 29 apartments with a total area of 2,382 sqm.
- Lausanne, Rue du Vingt-Quatre-Janvier 4 & Rue du Maupas 48bis: Two adjoining and recently renovated buildings comprise a total of 14 apartments and two commercial spaces.
- Lausanne, Passage Mathias-Mayor 2: The historic building includes 15 apartments.
- Lausanne, Route d'Oron 5: This 657 sqm building reportedly has a rental reserve potential of 25.4 % and is being examined for an extension. «We have already received positive preliminary decisions for the construction of one to two additional storeys,» says Dominicé.
- Prilly, Avenue de Florissant 23: Built in 2006, this residential building with nine apartments was recently connected to district heating.
