The construction giant's focus is on more profitability. At its Capital Markets Day, Implenia announced an EBIT margin target of around 3.5% (short to medium term) and greater than 4.5% (medium to long term). The equity ratio is expected to be above 20% by 2023 and 25% in the medium term. The Group aims to stabilize to increase sales, mainly through organic growth. However, a further increase is planned in the medium to long term - with both organic and inorganic growth. Implenia also intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting a cautious resumption of dividend payments from spring 2023. The annual Ebit target for 2022 has been confirmed at more than CHF 130 million, excluding further one-off effects from the transformation.

In the Real Estate division, the motto is "focused diversification into four business areas for sustainable, digitized and industrialized real estate services and products". It will continue to invest in and develop its own real estate portfolio in Switzerland and Germany, with a strong focus on sustainability. Implenia also intends to drive industrialization and digital solutions with its services and products. Partnerships with Ina Invest (in which Implenia holds a 42.5% stake) and other strategic partners "will generate increasing, recurring service revenues". (aw)
