Procimmo: «Residential» raises 30 million francs
The sub-fund of Procimmo's Sicav uses the issue proceeds to finance acquisitions and ongoing projects.
The fund management company Procimmo SA has raised around CHF 30 million for the «Residential» sub-fund of Procimmo Real Estate Sicav. According to the press release, the capital increase was fully subscribed.
The subscription period lasted from March 30 to April 14. «The issue proceeds will be used mainly to finance acquisitions and partly for ongoing development projects,» says Procimmo, explaining its plans for the fresh capital.
