New addition for Hyrock
Mortgage boutique Hyrock has strengthened its team with Tanguy Bonbled at the beginning of the year.
Tanguy Bonbled holds the position of Key Account Manager at Hyrock. He specializes in servicing key accounts and setting up new financing vehicles.
Previously, he worked for Avobis and Julius Baer. At Avobis, he was responsible for major clients including Swiss Life, Swisscanto Investment Foundation and Credit Suisse Investment Foundation, according to a statement from Hyrock. At Julius Baer, Bonbled was responsible for the European mortgage business, he said.
Hyrock describes itself as an independent mortgage boutique specializing in the financing of investment properties, project developments and luxury real estate. Among the products offered are short-term bridge loans and mezzanine financing. In 2019, approximately CHF 200 million in mezzanine and bridge loans have been placed, according to the company. (ah)
