Sustainable Real Estate starts in October
The newly founded Sustainable Real Estate AG will commence business operations in October. The company offers sustainability consulting for real estate and distributes real estate investment vehicles.
Sustainable Real Estate is the brainchild of André Wiederkehr, Balazs Magyar, Marco Scheurer and Klaus Kämpf. They have taken over the Sustainable Real Estate Investments unit from Vontobel Asset Management as part of a management buy-out. The background to the spin-off is that Vontobel Asset Management will in future focus its sustainable investment solutions entirely on the management of securities portfolios.
Sustainable Real Estate provides sustainability advice in connection with real estate and distributes real estate investment vehicles. The company is the sustainability advisor for the funds Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland, Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe (from 1 October: Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe) and the retail fund Quadoro Sustainable Real Estate Europe - Private, which will be launched at the end of September. In addition, the company is a distribution partner for Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland.
