Dietikon: Large-scale leasing in Hiag retail center
Hiag has found new tenants for the last large retail spaces in the retail park at Riedstrasse 3 in the form of Migros and a toy retailer.
The revitalization of the specialist retail center at Riedstrasse 3 in Dietikon is making progress: Hiag Immobilien Holding has announced that the rental space in the expanded building will be ready for occupation in the fall of 2023 and the tenant fit-out process will begin. In spring, the last two large retail spaces were leased on a long-term basis to the Migros Zürich cooperative and to a major European retailer of toys and baby articles, reports Béatrice Gollong, Head of Portfolio and Transactions at Hiag.
This means that the retail park at the "Silbern" retail location is virtually fully let. The openings of the Migros supermarket and the toy store, which together occupy around 5,500 sqm of space, are scheduled for the start of the Christmas shopping season next November. (bw)
