Geneva: Shell construction for new apartments completed
A new building is being added to an already converted Axa office building.
On August 28, the total contractor HRS Real Estate AG celebrated the completion of the shell construction work for a residential building. At AXA's "Normandie" site in Champel, the listed building, which was converted into 121 apartments and completed in June of this year, will be followed by a new residential building. (IB reported)Another building with 60 apartments was erected on the site. The designs were created by Brauen Wälchli Architectes. The extension will include a connecting bridge to the converted building. The property complies with the Minergie label. (aw)
