Dietikon: Groundbreaking ceremony for the new Hasenberg building project
On 8 March 2021, construction will begin on a new residential development by the Amini Group in Dietikon. As part of the Hasenberg new construction project, 18 condominiums will be built.
On Monday, 8 March 2021, the official groundbreaking ceremony will mark the start of construction of the new Hasenberg building project in Dietikon.
According to the Amini Group, two new buildings with a total of 18 condominiums (2.5 to 6.5 rooms) with a variety of floor plan types are being built at Hasenbergstrasse 28 in an idyllic location on the outskirts of the city. The terraces and seating areas offer an unobstructed view of the Limmattal landscape, reports Baumann Estate AG, Thalwil, which has been commissioned to market the apartments.
Even before construction began, 12 of the 18 apartments had already been reserved. The apartments should be ready for occupancy by summer 2022. (bw)
