Changes in the Board of Directors of the real estate company SF Urban Properties AG are imminent: As the company announces, board member Christian Perschak will not stand for re-election. He will thus leave the board at the 2023 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on April 5. Perschak was a member of the Board of Directors for 16 years.

The Board of Directors has nominated Anja Römer as her successor. She has been a partner at Zurich-based asset management company Avalor Investment since 2015. Previously, she had worked in various functions at the German Unicredit subsidiary Hypovereinsbank, UBS and Bank Julius Bär & Co, SF Urban Properties says. With her entrepreneurial experience and extensive financial and capital market knowledge, she ideally complements the competencies of the board of directors, the real estate company says. (ah)
