There will be a change at the top of Livit in October: Andreas Ingold will step down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company at the end of September 2022 and become a member of the Board of Directors. Wolfgang Stiebellehner, currently Head of Property Management, will take over as the new CEO of the real estate manager, which is part of Swiss Life, on October 1.

Ingold, 59, has been CEO of Livit since 2008. Even after his retirement from corporate management, he will continue to chair the Swiss Real Estate Association (SVIT) as president, Livit announced. In the future, he will focus on board of directors and consulting mandates as an independent and will also accompany Livit's further development.

CEO-designate Wolfgang Stiebellehner (57) joined Livit in 2014 and has since been responsible for the Property Management division. Following Stiebellehner's move to the CEO position, Roland Kilchmann, currently Head of Operational Property Management, will head the Property Management division and be a member of the Executive Board. Kilchmann joined Livit over ten years ago as head of the Lucerne branch.  (ah)
