Immofonds Suburban plans capital increase

Immofonds Asset Management AG, as the fund management company for Immofonds Suburban, is planning a capital increase with an issue volume of around CHF 30 million. The subscription period starts on April 21. The fund, which invests in residential properties in Switzerland's growth regions, intends to use the additional capital to make additional purchases and refers to a «well-filled pipeline of predominantly residential properties». It also plans to replace fossil fuel heating systems in some properties with sustainable alternatives and reduce debt.
