Procimmo Sicav: «Residential PK» with oversubscribed issue
As planned, CHF 44 million was raised for the purchase of two properties in western Switzerland.
The fund management company Procimmo SA has raised around CHF 44 million for the «Residential PK» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV. According to the information provided, the capital increase was oversubscribed. The subscription period lasted from March 16 to 26.
The proceeds from the issue will be used primarily to finance the acquisition of two residential properties in La Chaux-de-Fonds and Boudry and to reduce the debt ratio as a result of the acquisitions made at the end of 2025.
