Illnau-Effretikon: Procimmo buys logistics property
The 11,000 square meter property will be used by Expomobilia for another one and a half years.
Procimmo Real Estate SICAV - Industrial announces the acquisition of a commercial property in Illnau-Effretikon in the canton of Zurich. The property was previously owned by Expomobilia GmbH and measures around 11,000 square meters for logistics, storage and light industrial, supplemented by office space and a roof terrace. It is located in the Langhag commercial zone. The acquisition was reportedly financed by part of the funds from the subfund's last capital increase and carried out as part of a sale and rentback. The transaction was accompanied by CBRE.
Expomobilia will continue to use the site until the planned relocation in around one and a half years, according to the statement. Procimmo is already looking for successor tenants, according to the fund management. The stand builder is currently located at Im Langhaag 2. (aw)
