Hiag: Balz Halter leaves the Board of Directors

Balz Halter, a member of the Board of Directors of Hiag Immobilien Holding since 2019 and Vice Chairman since 2021, will not be standing for re-election. He has informed the company that he wishes to pursue a new direction when he reaches the age of 65 next year and will therefore not be standing for re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. «The Board of Directors and Executive Board regret this decision and thank him sincerely for his valuable commitment,» writes Hiag. The Board of Directors has initiated the search for a successor. «We are looking for an independent entrepreneurial personality with proven experience in strategic management and in the realization of construction and development projects.»
