Baden: Several spaces in the «Konnex» let
According to Colliers Switzerland, 22,000 sqm of a total of 32,000 sqm have been let in the commercial property. In 2025, there were five lettings of up to 1,000 sqm.
According to Colliers Switzerland, it has acquired several new tenants for the «Konnex» in Baden (AG). Of the approximately 32,000 square meters of office and commercial space, 22,000 square meters have been let to date, according to the brokerage firm.
The following rentals have taken place this year:
- 1,070 sqm for the ECAP Foundation (education)
- 823 sqm for the Cantonal School for Vocational Education and Training (KSB)
- 570 sqm for a gastroenterology practice
- 456 sqm for The Weir Group International SA, a globally active company for technical solutions in the minerals sector
- 456 sqm for OBT AG, a Swiss trust, auditing and consulting company.
