Vernier: Shell of «Concorde Espace Culture» project completed
A few days ago, total contractor HRS celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the project, which also includes the construction of over 130 apartments for students.
The topping-out ceremony for the Concorde Espace Culture cultural center in Vernier (GE) took place on 28 October. The main building of the major project, which is supported by the Foundation for the Promotion of Art and Culture (FODAC), was completed.
The project, designed by CCJVV Office Architects S.L.P., is being realized by HRS as total contractor. It comprises several buildings, including a multifunctional event hall, dance and music rooms, a library, a hotel, a restaurant and a residential building with 133 apartments to be rented out to students. The aim is to achieve Minergie-P and THPE MoPEC certification. (aw)
