The German real estate consultant Albrings + Müller has founded a Swiss branch. With its own subsidiary in Zurich, the company, which offers technical and commercial services for real estate projects, aims to gain a foothold in this country. The company currently has offices in Stuttgart and Lindau on Lake Constance. On the German real estate market, Albrings + Müller is particularly active as a consultant for projects and larger investment transactions for office and logistics properties.

Marvin Kluge will become location manager in Zurich. Partner Christian Kron will be responsible for the Swiss office as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO Steffen Müller will assume the supervisory function as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Kron holds a lectureship in real estate development as part of the «Real Estate Certificate» (REC) program at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

The company's first major project in Switzerland is the construction of the new headquarters of Kistler Instrumente AG, an international company for dynamic measurement technology, in Winterthur. In autumn 2023, the company announced that it had acquired a site near its existing headquarters and was planning to build a «smart factory» on an area of almost 20,000 square meters (IB reported).
