Landquart: First stage of the fashion outlet expansion completed
The now completed parking garage increases the number of parking spaces by around 1,100 to 1,550.
The Landquart Fashion Outlet completed the first part of its planned expansion at the end of October. The four-storey parking garage with 1,170 parking spaces, 853 of which are covered, has been completed. This investment has massively increased the parking space capacity to 1,550 parking spaces. The expansion project will increase the retail space by around 25 % and is scheduled for completion at the beginning of the second quarter of 2026.
The foundation stone for the new buildings was laid in September 2024. There will be 15 additional retail units and space for restaurant concepts. Once completed, the center will have over 27,000 m² of retail space. Since 2014, the facility has belonged to Via Outlets, a holding of the Dutch institutional investor APG. (aw)
