As part of its latest capital increase and following the end of the subscription period on October 10, the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund says it has raised fresh capital of CHF 98.9 million. All 770,833 newly issued units have been fully subscribed, according to the fund management company. The fund's total assets now amount to CHF 948 million and are thus approaching the target mark of one billion francs.

The fund intends to use the new funds to finance a residential portfolio in the canton of Vaud worth around CHF 45 million and to complete the purchase of six further properties with a total value of around CHF 65 million in the cantons of Vaud and Geneva. The money will also be used for ongoing development projects.
