Estavayer-le-Lac: shell of project at railroad station completed
HRS is building 40 apartments, commercial and office space and a bus station for TPF Immobilier and TPF Trafic.
On October 7, HRS Real Estate AG celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the Gare-Casino project in Estavayer-le-Lac (FR). The project is supported by TPF Immobilier SA and TPF Trafic SA and is being realized by HRS as total contractor. The designs were created by Nicolas de Courten Architectes Sàrl.
The project comprises the construction of a two-storey base building with commercial and office space. In addition, three residential buildings in timber construction with a total of 40 apartments will be built. An underground parking garage offers 105 parking spaces. A bus station with a 36-metre-long roof will also be built
