There will be a change at the top of Helvetica Property Group AG and Helvetica Property Investors AG, the fund management company of Helvetica Property Group AG. Peter E. Bodmer, the long-standing Chairman of the Board, is stepping down as Chairman with immediate effect and leaving the boards.
He will be succeeded by Philipp Good, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2024. Good is currently CEO and co-founder of ESG-AM AG, an independent asset manager with a focus on sustainable investment strategies. He has held management positions in the Swiss and international asset management industry for over 20 years, including as CEO of Fisch Asset Management.

Rolf Helbling is to join the Board of Directors of Helvetica Property Investors AG. He is the founder and CEO of Carnot Capital, a specialized asset manager with a focus on energy and resource efficiency.

The changes to the Board of Directors are "the final step in a comprehensive renewal process at Helvetica Property Investors AG, which will be completed in the coming weeks with the integration of the HSO Fund into the HSC Fund", according to a Helvetica press release. It also acknowledges Bodmer's achievements, "particularly in the repositioning of the commercial fund platform and the expansion of assets under management to currently around CHF 1.5 billion". According to the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, the focus will "clearly continue to be on performance, strengthening governance and consistent alignment with the interests of our investors".
