Procimmo plans capital increase for Residential PK
The sub-fund of Procimmo's Real Estate SICAV intends to raise up to CHF 80 million for acquisitions in June.
The fund management of the "Residential PK" sub-fund of Procimmo Real Estate SICAV is planning a capital increase of CHF 50 million to CHF 80 million in June 2025. The proceeds will be used in particular to finance the acquisition of several residential properties. "A corresponding pipeline of buildings with attractive yields has already been drawn up", writes Procimmo.
The Residential PK sub-fund is the former "Immobilien-CH für Institutionelle 56J" fund, which Procimmo recently converted into a sub-fund of the Real Estate SICAV. (aw)
