Immo Helvetic plans 20th capital increase

The Board of Directors of the fund management company of the Immo Helvetic real estate fund has decided to issue a further maximum of 400,000 units. This will be the 20th capital increase in the fund's history. This will increase the number of units in circulation to a maximum of 6.8 million units. The subscription price will be set at CHF 200.00 net, resulting in an issue volume of CHF 80 million. «The proceeds from the issue will be used to redeem borrowed funds and to finance the new buildings,» announced Berninvest AG as the fund management company.
