Pretium completes capital increase
The Pretium Real Estate Fund has reached its issue target and the capital increase was reportedly oversubscribed.
The Pretium Real Estate Fund has completed its capital increase with proceeds of CHF 47.9 million. The issue was reportedly several times oversubscribed. The proceeds from the issue will be used to repay debt capital and for property purchases.
The fund management company Pretium Invest AG carried out the capital increase from April 13 to 21, 2026 on a «best effort» basis as part of a subscription offer. The payment was made on April 24. Bank J. Safra Sarasin acted as lead manager for the transaction.
