Procimmo: «Residential PK» completes capital increase
According to the fund management, the sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV has reached its issue target of CHF 43 million and intends to invest the funds in the portfolio in particular.
The fund management company Procimmo SA has raised around CHF 43 million for the «Residential PK» sub-fund of the Procimmo Real Estate SICAV. The subscription period lasted from November 3 to 14. This year's capital increase was reportedly oversubscribed. This year, the «Residential PK» sub-fund has thus raised a total of CHF 109 million in issues.
The subfund intends to use the fresh funds primarily to invest in existing properties and thereby increase rental income, particularly through extensions and refurbishment projects. However, the proceeds are also earmarked for the acquisition of new buildings.
