SF Urban has restructured its portfolio
According to a press release, the real estate company has largely completed the planned sales outside the cities of Zurich and Basel.

SF Urban Properties AG (SFUP) has largely completed the announced portfolio rotation in 2025, according to a statement from SFP. Properties outside of Zurich and Basel have been sold and the free funds reinvested in the two cities. «At the same time, the project pipeline for promotional developments was expanded with the acquisition of new projects along Lake Zurich,» the company writes.
The sale of the property at Malerweg 4 in Thun and the purchase of Dufourstrasse 122 in Zurich have already been announced. In addition, the AG sold Rue de Lausanne 29-31 in Morges and acquired Fröhlichstrasse 50 in Zurich's Seefeld district. In addition, a mixed-use property on Innere Margarethenstrasse in the city of Basel was acquired as part of a consolidation.
According to SF Urban, the value of the portfolio in Zurich has increased by an average of around 2.6% annually over the last ten years, and by 2.4% in Basel. In the first half of 2025 alone, Zurich recorded an increase in value of around 3.6%.
