Immofonds Suburban: Issue oversubscribed
The fund will receive CHF 14.5 million for acquisitions and ESG modernizations.
The latest capital increase of Immofonds Suburban was "significantly oversubscribed" in the end. This was announced by the fund management company, Immofonds Assetmanagement AG. As planned, the fund received a total of CHF 14.5 million in new money. The proceeds from the issue will be used to expand the portfolio. The new units will be paid out on May 20, 2025.
Acquisitions and ESG measures are planned with the funds from the capital increase. (aw)
