Good Buildings: Fund plans next capital increase

The fund management of the Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund is planning to issue a maximum of 200,000 new units as part of a capital increase. The target issue volume is around CHF 25 million.

The subscription period runs from June 10 to June 19. As the fund management company, Berninvest plans to use the issue proceeds to repay debt and finance two new construction projects. These, which were notarized in November 2024, are a residential development in Marly (FR) and an office building in Sisseln (AG).
