Staff handover at Bonainvest
Ivo Bracher, founder of Bonainvest Holding, has handed over his position as Chief Executive Officer to Jacques Garnier. Bracher intends to concentrate on his function as Chairman of the Board of Directors in the future.
Jacques Garnier, previously Head of Finance at Bonainvest Holding, has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer as of July 1, 2020. Garnier has been with the group since 2002 as Head of Finance and Deputy Managing Director.
Ivo Bracher is thus handing over the management to a successor. From now on, he will concentrate on the chairmanship of the board of directors of Bonainvest Holding and, as delegate of the board of directors, on the further development of Bonacasa AG, the group of companies announces. Daniel Eggimann will be the new Head of Finance.
There are also personnel changes at Bonacasa: Dr. Alain Benz, who has been in charge of Corporate Development and Marketing/Communications at the Bonainvest Group since 2013, has been appointed Managing Director of Bonacasa as of July 1. Benz succeeds Hans Fischer, who is leaving the company at his own request after seven years.
Bonacasa wants to open up to new investors and develop new business areas in the future, Bonainvest further announces. In addition, the market presence for end customers and the offers for business customers are to be strengthened. Therefore it was decided to integrate the marketing and communication department of Bonainvest Holding by a large majority and the consulting area "homes and communities" into Bonacasa.
Bonacasa is also relocating from Solothurn to Roggenpark in Oensingen on August 3. Roggenpark is a portfolio property of Bonainvest Holding; the Smart Living Loft and three digitally networked show apartments are also located there. (ah)
