New Managing Director German-speaking Switzerland for SEG Solutions SA
Deniz Gian Orga will take over as the new head of business activities for German-speaking Switzerland at SEG Solutions SA on June 1, 2020. He succeeds Silvia Hochrein, who will leave the company at the end of June 2020.
SEG Solutions SA was newly founded last year. Since then, the company has been carrying out real estate transactions and marketing mandates on behalf of the real estate funds managed by Procimmo SA and has successfully completed several real estate transactions in recent months. In its business activities, SEG Solutions focuses primarily on commercial, industrial and office properties.
There will be a change in management at the company, which currently has ten employees at its sites in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne and Zurich: on June 1, 2020, Deniz Gian Orga (48) will take up his position as "Managing Director" and will be responsible for business activities in German-speaking Switzerland (transactions and marketing). Together with Nicolas Kirsch, who is responsible for the activities in Western Switzerland, he will manage the company's fortunes.
Deniz Orga MRICS is a Swiss-Turkish citizen and can look back on a long career in the real estate sector in Switzerland and abroad, including management positions at Corestate Capital AG and previously at Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Lone Star. Most recently, he was a member of the management team at real estate advisor Immoveris AG. Orga holds a master's degree in economics with a specialization in financial markets from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a real estate economics degree from the IREBS Real Estate Academy in Germany.
