Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Switzerland seeks fresh capital

With a subscription ratio of 4:1, around 487,000 new shares are to be issued on a "best effort" basis. The subscription period begins on October 28 and ends on November 22 of this year.

The issue is expected to reach a volume of around CHF 50 million; the fund intends to invest the proceeds in the expansion of its portfolio, among other things. The completion of two construction projects and the purchase of existing properties are planned. In addition, debt financing will be temporarily reduced. (ah)
