Zurich: Swisscom rents for flagship store on Bahnhofstrasse
A Swisscom flagship store will open in Zurich on Bahnhofstrasse. CBRE brokered the lease.
Swisscom is moving a flagship store near Zurich's main train station. The company will occupy approximately 200 square meters on the first floor of the Schweizerhof with the address Bahnhofplatz 7. The opening has been announced for mid-September.
The leasing deal was brokered by CBRE Switzerland, which had already been involved in the move of the previous tenant Swarovski to larger premises at Bahnhofstrasse 78. (aw)
