Joe & The Juice is looking for areas
Das dänische Gastro-Konzept Joe & The Juice will sein Filialnetz in der Schweiz ausbauen. Zuletzt sind zwei Standorte in Zürich hinzugekommen.
According to CBRE, Joe & The Juice in Zurich recently leased a location in Seefeld and a space in Stauffacher and now operates nine stores nationwide. The brokerage firm says it has been exclusively commissioned with Joe & The Juice's location search in Switzerland.
The Danish company was founded in 2002 and is based in Copenhagen. The stores sell fresh juices and smoothies, coffee, tea, sandwiches and salads, with a focus on organic and healthy ingredients. The store concept aims to offer a modern and urban ambience.
Joe & The Juice currently operates over 300 stores worldwide, including in Miami, Paris, London, Singapore and Sydney. This year, the company plans to expand in the United Arab Emirates and open 200 to 300 stores there within the next ten years. The company sees China and Mexico as further growth markets.
Joe & The Juice is also looking to expand its network in Switzerland: According to CBRE, there is currently demand for city center locations with retail space suitable for restaurants between 50 sqm and 150 sqm. The focus is on the cities of Geneva, Lucerne, Zurich (Enge, Hardbrücke, Oerlikon) and Zug. (ah)
