Au (SG): Fortimo buys plot for residential quarter
In Heerbrugg, a district of Au (SG), Fortimo plans to develop residential buildings on a 14,000 square meter site from 2028.
Sterngarage.ch AG has sold a plot of land measuring over 14,400 square meters on Auerstrasse in Au-Heerbrugg (SG) to Fortimo Invest AG. The car dealership will remain a tenant at the existing location until the completion of its new building at the end of 2028. According to Fortimo, the site, which consists of several individual plots, will then be developed into a modern residential area.
